How do I book this venue?

Couples can book by taking 4 easy steps outlined below: 

  1. Confirm availability (check out the calendar on our homepage)

  2. Sign the event contract (click here)

  3. Pay the deposit (use the link below)

  4. Celebrate!!!

How do I know which package is right for me?

Are we required to work with specific vendors? 

Nope! We can supply a list of local vendors but you are welcome to select your own or take a DIY approach

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm to 7am (unless you book the Pearl Magnolia Package!)

What are your venue rules?

We tried to keep it simple with 4 rules:

  • No under-age alcohol service

  • No open flames (including fireworks)

  • Please don’t move the furniture in the house

  • Use of the upper balcony is limited to photos and a bouquet toss

 Is power available at the ceremony sites?

Both ceremony sites have power sources. A gas-powered generator is available if you choose to use a different ceremony site (you would be responsible for supplying the fuel)

Is a deposit required? 

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and lock in your pricing. For same-year events, the deposit is 50% of the package price.

What is the policy regarding alcohol service?

Couples can bring in their own alcohol or hire a bar tender!

What types of equipment are included in the catering prep area?

Prep tables, sink, warming lights, cooler, ice maker

 Are we required to purchase event insurance?

 Yes! Wedsure is one of a few providers!

Is an on-site crew available to help with moving tables and chairs?

We can add that service for an additional fee or you can ask your wedding party for help!

What else comes with my package?

Depending on your package, the following features and amenities are included:
